Buttock Aesthetic Surgery
Buttock aesthetic surgery can be performed to address sagging and looseness that occur due to aging, pregnancy, or significant weight fluctuations. It may also be preferred by individuals who wish to achieve a fuller, more contoured, and enhanced buttock appearance.
When the concern is sagging and skin laxity, a buttock lift procedure is performed to tighten and elevate the area. For patients who desire a larger and more defined buttock shape, buttock implants may be used.
These implants are made of silicone, similar to breast implants. Since the implants are not placed directly on the weight-bearing sitting surface, they are not exposed to constant pressure and therefore have no risk of rupture due to sitting.
Most patients can return to their daily activities within about one week after the procedure.
